Having recently moved to Hortonville, I wanted to establish relationships with the service providers in the area; the folks at AFS beat me to it!  When I was paying the bill for service (done perfectly and at a very reasonable price) the receptionist mentioned to the gent behind the counter that this was my first visit.  That gent, the owner, came around the counter, shook my hand and welcomed me.  This is exactly what I was hoping for when I took my business to AFS Service.

Your letter was more proof of the quality service you and your wife provide. Needless to say I was very pleased with the promptness of your service and the cost. I have been in many tire shops and even run one myself for a few years and never seen the quality of service you provide. You definitely have my business when in your area. We were the folks who had the Ford Windstar that came in for a tire replacement and a wheel alignment and you shared that we would have more choices once we spoke with Bob.

You were right. We had many choices to make. Bob was so wonderful in taking time to go over the problem and come up with a new price quote. We felt cared for. That we were not just somebody who needed car work done, rather we were cared for as people. Joan and I felt that way with each person at your business including your daughter. Each of you made us feel special.

I noticed some other qualities that Joan and I feel are important. Honesty and integrity, again, reflected in each person we encountered. I liked the fact that you took time to talk with us. Even asking about the coffee showed you care about your customers.

As we were leaving I expressed how Joan and I had a good "feeling" about your business and appreciated how we were treated. Please share with Bob and the front desk lady that we appreciated how we were treated.

We feel very safe with our vehicle and that our best interest was being looked out for. Thank you for running such a wonderful business.

Joan missed putting gas in the loaner car when she returned it so enclosed is a check to cover that expense. We feel repaying you is important because of how we were cared for.

We had choices to make. Your crew made it easy. We will be bringing our vehicle to you for service in the future.
